CLEANING

Our cabinets are washed and iron phosphate coated at a temperature of 160° fahrenheit at 1,400 lbs. pressure to assure that all oils and dirt are removed.

SEALING

Next, a seal rinse is applied at the same temperature. All parts are placed in a heated oven to thoroughly dry before powdered paint coating is applied.

POWDERED PAINT FINISH

This painting technique is a non-reactive solvent free powder coating which is electrostatically applied at room temperature, then baked in an oven at 400° Fahrenheit until cured. It provides an excellent scratch resistant finish and will not off-gas anything known to be harmful to your specimens.
